How much does shipping cost for my order?:

Standard Shipping ( 8 – 13 days – Fully Tracked )
Free delivery on orders over $500.00. Shipment will be sent in through DHL, FedEx or After-Ship Logistic.

Do I have to pay Custom Charges to release my medicine parcel?:

Some countries may charge duty fee on the import of shipment by as per their own country rules on the import of products. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges and release parcels as advised by officials as we do not have any control or any role over the custom process. 

Can I return my medications if I no longer need them?

We don’t want to disappoint you but at EirMed-360 safety is prime motive. We work in conjunction with licensed pharmacies to protect the safety of you and other parties involved. Once a prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason. Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. So before placing order please consult with your physician regarding your medications.

Do you offer free shipping or overnight shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping whenever it is possible. You can contact our customer service representative for the same. Regarding overnight shipping service, we are afraid, currently we offer only regular & express shipping. Once we start offering overnight shipping services, we will inform our customers.
