What Qualifies for a Return

For health and safety, opened medications can't be physically returned — but you're fully covered in these situations.

Eligible for refund or reshipment

  • Your order never arrived and tracking confirms non-delivery.
  • The package was lost by the courier or returned as undeliverable.
  • Products arrived damaged, leaking or unusable.
  • You received the wrong medication, strength or quantity.
  • Your order was held or seized by customs in an eligible region.

Not eligible

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.
  • Packages marked delivered to the address you supplied (unless courier error is verified).
  • Change-of-mind returns after a medication has been opened, for health and safety reasons.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
