What Qualifies for a Return
For health and safety, opened medications can't be physically returned — but you're fully covered in these situations.
Eligible for refund or reshipment
- Your order never arrived and tracking confirms non-delivery.
- The package was lost by the courier or returned as undeliverable.
- Products arrived damaged, leaking or unusable.
- You received the wrong medication, strength or quantity.
- Your order was held or seized by customs in an eligible region.
Not eligible
- An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.
- Packages marked delivered to the address you supplied (unless courier error is verified).
- Change-of-mind returns after a medication has been opened, for health and safety reasons.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days. Crypto refunds settle fastest; bank transfers, MoneyGram and Western Union may take 3–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
